I just bought the Apple 16 Pro Iphone and there is alot of choices on formats, both photos and videos. One of the options with the newer IOS is to record in JPEG XL. I am trying to wade through all the tech stuff and get a handle on this format. Supposedly it’s not you father’s jpeg but has the ability to record in a lossless format with compression to small files.
